"Let’s keep people off the streets and provide them with a place they can call home"
We run hostels and semi-independent shared houses in order to support homeless people in their recovery opening the door to safe housing, drug and alcohol support and physical and mental health support. We can also help these people acquiring life skills such as cooking.
Preventing homelessness is of utmost importance. Our ‘complex needs’ housing provides safe and supportive homes for vulnerable people with dual diagnosis. Our support teams work with hundreds of people at risk, including former rough sleepers.
By opening our doors we are opening the doors to services within Changing Lives Trust and in the broader community, helping these people changing their lives for good.
